Cheap Domestic Air Tickets

The quickest way to travel around India, taking in lots of places and sights within a short space of time, is to take internal flights. Buses and trains maybe cheaper and more romantic, but getting from A to B can be a painfully slow experience unless you hop on a plane.

That’s why it’s always a good idea to keep your eyes open for cheap domestic air tickets. The various domestic airlines are in tight competition with one another, and often slip into pricing wars which can benefit the consumer greatly.

The major cities of India – Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore etc – are the main transport hubs for anyone travelling across the country. However, because the scale of the country is so massive, unless you fly journeys between any of the two could take days.

Taking advantage of the quick option of great value flights allows the traveller or holidaymaker to experience the great diversity of India. Perhaps you want to explore the temples of Tamil Nadu, taking in the great monolithic ruins of Mahabalipuram and the millennia old Meenakshi temple at Madurai. Perhaps you fancy a trip to West Bengal, to visit the Shanti Niketan home of the wonderful literary figure of Rabindranath Tagore and see the old British buildings in Kolkata. Or perhaps you want to head to the hills in the north, enjoying the Himalayan cool while exploring the hill stations of Manali and Shimla.

Whether these are the places you want to visit in India, or whether you crave to visit some of the thousands of other sights of interest, flying will allow you to cover more distance in more comfort in less time – ultimately enabling you to enjoy more experiences that this amazing country has to offer.
